Hands-on Cooking Classes

Come share a workstation with new friends at the Italian Culinary Center! Use fresh ingredients and top-of-the-line cooking supplies to prepare lip-smacking Italian dishes under the attentive supervision of the Center's executive chef. At the end of class, sit down and enjoy the results of your work with a nice glass of Italian wine.

Two dishes are prepared by the participants, while the rest of the meal is prepared by the chef instructor.
All students will be given a booklet with the recipes of the evening. Check out our calendar for upcoming classes.

No cooking background is required to attend these classes. Knives & tools will be provided, but bring your own aprons!

All classes take place at the Italian Culinary Center.
