Antonio Cinicola


Antonio Cinicola was born in Caserta, Italy and immigrated to the United States at the age of three. He began his career in the kitchen at the age of nine as a dishwasher, working alongside his father, now a retired chef. Antonio worked his way through the kitchen, studying at the Culinary Institute of America and apprenticed in Italy, France and the United States. Through his hard work and determination he built a reputation as an excellent chef, apprenticing with Waldy Malouf at the Hudson River Club, working at the Waldorf Astoria and at the four star Le Cirque restaurant. Currently Chef Cinicola is the executive chef at the New York Yacht Club. He also enjoys demonstrating, teaching and spending time with friends and family: “Cooking is my passion, life is my love,” says Chef Cinicola.
