Max Farinelli
Max Farinelli was born in Torino, Italy where he started working in the food industry from an early age. Working at his family's restaurant Max discovered his passion, and worked very hard to at helping the place become Torino's most popular bar and restaurant. Eventually, in 1992, Farinelli found himself looking for opportunity in the United States. Working his way up Miami kitchens, Max began to make his name known, receiving major complements and awards. It was in Osteria del Teatro in Miami Beach where he worked as an assistant to the Executive Chef, serving Northern Italian food with a great accolade from customers. In 1997, Max and his brother ventured to open their own place, Trattoria Il Sole and it proved a successful plan. Three years later, he met his current business partners, Anna and Angelo, with whom he opened A&A Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Lake City, Colorado- rated in the top 5 Italian restaurants in Colorado by the Agrisport & Agriturismo of Milano, Italy. All the effort and good fortune lead to last years inauguration of A&A's Pasta Factory and Marketplace where they pride themselves in putting forth and up Northern Italian cuisine in the United States. Max Farinelli is also a Culinary Instructor during the months from June through October.
