Jeffrey Hoffman

Adriano Tonon attended Michigan State University as a Hotel/Restaurant Institutional Management major. He has had extensive training at The Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Italy under Chef Renato Piccolotto. In addition, the early influences of his mother and father have given him a firm grasp on all aspects of the business. As Director of Operations, Adrian has the experience to educate clientele in making food, wines, and hospitality a perfect match.

Jeffrey Hoffman
Executive Chef Jeff Hoffman, also known as "Hoffa," is a CIA graduate and is at the helm of the kitchen. Chef "Hoffa" shares his creative ideas with the Tonons daily. The love of food and fresh ingredients is the reason he prepares all dishes from scratch, including the various breads and pastas.
