Lemon and Thyme Pork ChopsA web-exclusive recipe from Italian Cooking and Living
- 10 pork chops
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. In a small
bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped thyme. Season with salt
and pepper. Brush over the pork chops and marinate in the refrigerator for 1
hour. Place pork chops on grill. Cook for 10 minutes. Serves 6
