Radicchio-felino Salami Roll A web-exclusive recipe from Italian Cooking and Living
- 1 semolina roll, preferably with poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 radicchio leaves
- 4 slices Felino salami
Slice the semolina roll in half and butter each side. Place
the radicchio leaves and the salami slices on the bottom half of the roll and
top with the other half.
