Orange SaladA web-exclusive recipe from Italian Cooking and Living
- 6 oranges, peeled
- 1 small onion, julienned
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Slice the oranges into round slices and put them in a bowl.
Add the parsley, the julienned onion, and the extra-virgin olive oil. Season
with salt and pepper and toss. Set aside for 10 minutes before serving. Serves
