Sausage with GrapesA web-exclusive recipe from Italian Cooking and Living
- 8 sausages
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 or 3 bunches of white seedless grapes, washed
Pierce the sausages with a fork. Pour the olive oil in a large
skillet and place it over medium heat. Cook the sausages until brown on all
sides. Remove from the heat and discard the fat from the skillet. Add the grapes
to the pan and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Serve the sausages with the
grapes and polenta. Serves 4
