Umbria
Umbria is known for its small vineyards that produce quality wines. The Torgiano Rosso Riserva and Montefalco Sagratino areas both have DOCG status, and several DOC and IGT zones are found in the region as well. Trebbiano and Sangiovese are the most widely produced grape varietals in the region.
