ARCA® is the pot with the perfect shape. It has been designed by Paolo Petroni, Italian gourmand, author of a number of successful cookbooks. In particular, Paolo Petroni has written a complete manual on traditional Italian pasta recipes and a celebrated book on spaghetti. In those books the author gives recommen-dations about the appropriate proportions of water, salt and pasta for the perfect execution of a dish. He also points out that the common pots, currently available on the marketplace, are not ideal for the prepara-tion of a perfect dish pasta. Perfected his idea, after many tries, Paolo Petroni realized that this pot, because of its oval from, was also ideal for cooking zucchini, asparagus, carrots, fish, lobster, chicken, long sausage, etc.
