Hello!
After Reading the srticle on Grana Padano I just had to try to get some! O had my local specialty wine and cheese shoporder some for me and I had it for the first time! It was one of the most delicate and taseful hard/ grainy cheeses that I have ever had. I am a professional chef (CWC) and I have only just started getting into the real serious Italian cooking. This is definitley going to be one of my staples in my kitchen from now on. I also tried the Classic Lasagna recipe using the Grana Padano and I had nothing but rants and raves about it. Thank you for introducing me to a treasure chest of flavour!!!
