Q : I want to give a gift to someone else. Are you sending an announcement that he/she is going to receive a gift subscription from me?
A : Yes, we send out a beautiful glossy card to announce your gift to the recipient.

Q : Why have I not received my issue when it is already in the newsstands?

Q : Why have I received another notice from you when I have already sent in my payment?
