What is the Italian Culinary Center?

italian gourmet club The Italian Culinary Center is North America's only institution dedicated to the preservation and promotion of authentic Italian cuisine and culture.

Since 1999, the Center has hosted hundreds of cooking classes, chef demonstrations, tastings and seminars featuring specialty foods, regional dishes, olive oils, and wines of Italy.

The Center's wide selection of hands-on cooking classes ranges from fresh pasta making and bread workshops to preparing perfect seafood, polenta, and risotto, while exciting cooking demonstrations feature some of the best Italian chefs in the country.

The Center also offers annual truffle and caviar festivals, historic banquets, special events for kids, and Italian language classes through Italian cuisine.
An event at the Center is more than a delicious meal, it's a celebration of Italy's unique culture through its stories, myths, traditions and, of course, its superb and varied cuisine!
