I am writing you to let you know that I have taken back control of the Italian Culinary Institute, Inc. and its magazine, Italian Cooking & Living.

The holiday issue is ready, but because of the bad economic situation and our one, I have suspended the printed version of the publication.

In the meantime, however, I will send you the holiday issue via email. I hope I will find a solution very soon; till then I will send you via email one of my $ 9.95 recipe books instead of the each issue of the magazine that I owe to you.

If you do not have an email address,
please send me one of a friend or a family member and I will send the email version to them for you together with my gift of Recipe Cards that you will be glad to send to friend and relatives in all occasions.
