Italian Olive Oil & Specialty Food Center

The Italian Olive Oil & Specialty Food Center is the only center in North America dedicated entirely to the development of the knowledge and culture of extra-virgin olive oil and its numerous cooking applications. The Center is endorsed by the International Olive Oil Council and by the Italian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

It is home to a selected assortment of Italian estate bottled extra-virgin olive oils, which represent the best produced in each Italian region. The Center is also equipped with a miniature olive press for use in demonstrations of the olive oil making process.

Besides running the Italian Olive Oil Club, the Italian Olive Oil & Specialty Food Center offers unique classes on olive oil making and gourmet extra-virgin olive oils and gourmet extra-virgin olive oils and other Italian specialty products, such as saffron and porcini mushrooms, for sale at our store.
