Beef Cutlets with Prosciutto and GruyèreA web-exclusive recipe from Italian Cooking and Living
To prepare: Place beef cutlets on a baking sheet. Put them
under the broiler for 4 minutes each side. Preheat oven to 350°. Top each cutlet
with 1 slice prosciutto (you may have to fold it up to fit) and 1 slice Gruyère.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes on a baking sheet
lined with aluminum foil. Serves 4
