  • 5 4" squares puff pastry
  • sugar
  • thick wooden skewers
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • Italian mascarpone or fresh whipped cream

Bake five 4" squares of puff pastry sprinkled with sugar in a preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Spear the puff pastry squares through a thick wooden skewer lengthwise, mounding perfect strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries between the squares. Enjoy with a luxurious bowl of mascarpone or fresh whipped cream. Serves 8
