Berry TowersFrom Italian Cooking and Living, October/November 2001
- 5 4" squares puff pastry
- sugar
- thick wooden skewers
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- blackberries
- Italian mascarpone or fresh whipped cream
Bake five 4" squares of puff pastry sprinkled with sugar
in a preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes. Spear the puff pastry squares through
a thick wooden skewer lengthwise, mounding perfect strawberries, raspberries,
blueberries, and blackberries between the squares. Enjoy with a luxurious bowl
of mascarpone or fresh whipped cream. Serves 8
