  • 4 slices thick crusty bread
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • Toast the 4 slices of bread in the oven until golden brown. Remove from the oven, and rub each slice with 1/2 clove of garlic. Drizzle each with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy. Serves 4
