Chocolate-dipped Strawberries From Italian Cooking and Living, February/March 2004
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 pints strawberries, washed
Bring 2 inches of water to a simmer in a small saucepan. Place
the chocolate in a metal bowl, and set the bowl over the simmering water. Turn
off the heat, and set aside for 10 minutes or until melted. Allow the chocolate
to cool slightly.
Dip the strawberries into the chocolate, and arrange them
on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator until
the chocolate has set. Serves 6
