- 1 pound fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons sugar (to make into a low carb recipe, substitute
with sucralose calorie free sweetner)
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 6 mint sprigs
Place the ricotta in a bowl. Using a whisk, beat in the sugar,
liqueur and orange zest until perfectly smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at
least 12 hours. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve. Serves 12
