Mozzarella and Tomato Crostini

  • 8 slices Tuscan bread
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 16 slices tomato
  • 16 slices mozzarella
  • oregano
  • salt
  • Preheat the oven to 450°. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast it until it becomes golden. Drizzle each slice with the olive oil, top with two slices of tomato and mozzarella, and season with a little oregano and salt. Return to the oven and bake until the mozzarella melts, about 3 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4
