- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella, cubed
Combine the gnocchi, the tomato sauce, and half of the mozzarella
cubes in a baking dish. Toss well. Cover with the rest of the mozzarella cubes,
and place in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes at 450°. Serves 4
