variety like Parmigiano-Reggiano are an absolute specialty. The wines of this
region are meant to be enjoyed with cheeses of this sort like in this "recipe,"
the only requirement of which is very authentic ingredients.
- 1 large wedge grana padano
- 2 glasses Sangiovese di Riserva
Cut the grana into irregular chunks. Enjoy al fresco with
the wine.
