Chocolate Souffle (by Guest Chef Pino Saverino)

  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs (3 whole, 3 yolks only)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter



    Melt the chocolate and butter. In another bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, sugar and flour.

    Then add the egg mixture to the chocolate slowly. Continue to stir together and until it becomes very smooth and creamy.



    Bake in 4oz ramekins (sprayed with non-stick spray) for 10 minutes at 390 degrees.
