Melon-prosciutto Skewers

From Italian Cooking and Living, October/November 2003

  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 12 slices
  • 36 mint leaves
  • 36 thin slices prosciutto

Cut each slice of melon into 3 even pieces. Thread a slice of melon onto each of 12 skewers, and follow with a mint leaf and a slice of prosciutto. Serves 6
