Baked Fruit with Yogurt

From Italian Cooking and Living, December 2004/January 2005

    4 bananas
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    1/4 cup honey
Preheat the broiler. Peel the bananas, and slice them diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces. Divide them among 4 small baking dishes, and scatter the blueberries on top. Sprinkle with the sugar, and place under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Remove from the broiler, serve the yogurt on top, and drizzle with the honey. Serves 4
